I am getting very low FPS and the game says I dont meet the minimum requirements but I do.

    But I have a GTX 1050 TI and a Core 2 Quad Q9550.

I used to be able to run it at 60FPS but since reinstalling I only get 30FPS.

The game engine is more than 10 years old and doe snot recognize the new graphic architecture of all post 2014 graphic cards. The game also does not use more than 2 cores on any given cpu so even if you have a hexacore it's not going to help you. snot use the multicores The message you are receiving is normal .Just ignore it. With your GPU you don't need to untick the Use Desktop Resolution box. It's powerful enough to play the game at your screen's native resolution. I have a GTX1080 desktop version on a laptop and I can rarely play infantry or tank heavy missions at more than 40 fps.

    Hi, alexander9822!
Installation seems OK. But I see u've CPU Core 2 Quad Q9550? It is a weak processor for the STA3.3 mod, coz it has only ~2.8Ghz
SF engine use only one core. STA3.3 mod has a VERY HUGE numbers of the bells and whistles. So, even CPU with a 3Ghz is a weak to have all features enabled. I'd recommend to get i5 4690 to be in line.
Don't pay attention to the videocard warning message.
For any case, plz enclose the content of this file:
    ...Steel Fury - Kharkov 1942\MODS\JSGME.ini

    it should look like this:
    Code:
    [DEPENDANCIES]

Installation order is correct. There is only one way to boost fps - the new powerful CPU with 4Ghz frequency. Intel is more preferable at my opinion.

Nowadays thanks to Ryzen, AMD can offer you better performance to cost processors than intel and less affected by various bugs detected which had to be patched and have gimped intel's processors performance by 10 to 15 % . Also if you do other things than gaming which require multithreading then Ryzen cpus are better price for price . I would recommend you read reviews before buying if you are going to upgrade your cpu..I am currently using intel but plan on switching to AMD because of intel's lack of transparency and competitive prices.  but it's your money and up to you . The re are good sites like PC Gamer, Anandtech and Tom s Hardware offering reviews for gamers.
