Yes, there was a made for TV movie "Elvis" that Kurt also played in, besides the movie "3000 Miles to Graceland'.
"The first time that I appeared on stage, it scared me to death. I really didn't know what all the yelling was about. I didn't realize that my body was moving. It's a natural thing to me. So to the manager backstage I said 'What'd I do? What'd I do?' And he said "Whatever it is, go back and do it again'."

Steve Connolly... Elvis Presley Impersonator.
Steve is also in the movies... 3000 Miles to Graceland (2001), Nightmaster (1987) and Capital Punishment (1991).
Mr. Connolly was born in Winchester and grew up in Malden before coming to Worcester, where he graduated from the former Worcester Art Museum School and Clark University with a degree in art. He stayed on and worked at graphic arts, art restoration and painted church ceilings.
Meanwhile, he had been a vocalist in local bands, including one which performed a couple of Elvis songs. After that band broke up, Mr. Connolly performed solo spots as Elvis, which were well-received, and he started to be in demand.
Knowing that Las Vegas is the place where Elvis impersonators are truly King, he sold his Worcester graphic arts business and moved. Jackpot. In his first year in Las Vegas he gave more than 700 performances.
While mastering this rarefied craft, Steve has won endless accolades, distinguishing himself as the “Best Elvis in Vegas” for 2006 and 2007, and receiving glowing recommendations from the likes of Steven Tyler and Bill Clinton, and even Elvis’ music director, Bobby Morris.
